Very nice Engine Glenn. I have 2 8 cycle engines, curious how you determined the year. I thought the 1909/1910 engines had the dogbone style governor with change to the governor in the flywheel (referred to as the lolypop style) 1911 and newer. Do you have any suggestions on trying to date the 8 cycle engines? Thanks, Jeff

I think you might be correct on those dates someone told me this was the year for mine so I just went with it on signage personally I think it’s a later Model but not sure sorry I can’t be of more help
