I just watched a video on YouTube the ole case traction machine just broke it's old record of pulling 43 John Deere bottom plows . SHE PULLED 50. She was a chugging!!!

They built that engine from scratch. Case only built 9 and all they have found is a boiler from one. So someone with deep pockets got the drawings and built that one. They were called a Road Locomotive, used to pull many loaded wagons.

Saw a photo once of Case pulling train load of borax in California across the desert .
