Vintage Windmill and Wind Generator Forum

Got my woodmanse up and need to adjust for furling. All my friends have aremotors and as I research the web I find there is no information. My adjustment is totally different. Seems a woodmanse tail can’t swing both left and right due to the chain design in the head. Any help?

I don't know of any vanes that swing both directions. Looking from the front, the Woodmanse tail should swing to the left.
