Any chance anyone has some grease plungers for the Monitor V they are willing to part with? I’m in need of three.

Thanks,
Jim

Jim, make you some. They are regular pipe thread. Run your threader up on the pipe until about i inch of pipe is sticking out of the threader.(Makes a straight thread) Weld in a piece of flat iron and you are good to go.

Paul,
Thanks for the response. My interest is more in originality than functionality. Here's what came with the mill, which is what I plan to use until I can locate some of the original grease plungers.
Thanks again and best regards,
Jim

I'm sure the E Open gear monitor had those, whereas the K had the grease cups. I think I have an old E. let me look.

I have made several sets of these in the past with pipe plug and welding on the profiled heavy metal strap. After grinding the welds and blending into correct profile go ever it with a needle scaler. Little rust and you cannot tell it isn’t a hundred years old and original.
That being said.... everytime I climb the mill to service it with these original style plugs it’s a pain. Because unlike a grease cup these have no capacity to hold enough grease.

Bob,
I'll take it if you want to part with it. Just let me know how much to send you for it.
Thanks,
Jim

I'm totally sure it will be less than $100.00 ..... Let me know what it's worth to you. I think the original price sheet says .02 cents. lol
PM me your address again please.

I'd think Windy it ought to be worth one of those fancy coffees from Starbucks anyway or a Burger?
