Mark that tailvane is in great condition. When you redo the lettering are you also keeping the advertisement on the one side i think that is part of the history.

Such a beautiful restoration. I can only dream to restore my steel star to such a quality. Sadly mine is missing too many parts. But I am curious, what green did you use to paint it?

I believe it was hunter green. Someone said that was very close to the original color.

I think those came in any color you wanted as long as it was black.

That's funny you mention that, I got my steel star when I was buying a model t. I asked the owner if he happened to have an old windmill laying around and sure enough he did haha. Maybe I'll paint them both the same color!
