I considered making bronze bushings for the pitman arm but had the babbit and decided to pour them instead. See pic.

if you need bushings found a pretty cheap place , sometimes to cheap for me to bother to make em

Thanks Tim. I actually have bought from them for the other parts for this mill. And yes, they are very reasonable.

Hope fully the tarriffs don't do to other stuf like they must have done for my fuel pump for my 2013 Silverado.. Last time I bought one, it was around 100 bucks. Even with my discount now they want over 300. That really chaps my butt.

Bob if they had your part in stock they're price gouging blaming the tarrifs I've seen that. If they have to order it from another country then it might be the tarrifs.

Yeah I was thinking of that. I have a friend in the business, and he sells them independantly for 186. I will go that route most likely.
Didn't mean to hijack the thread. Kenneth, you're doing a really nice job. Can't wait for the end result.
