Yes! The only thing that is impractical to paint with either the primer or top coat is the screw holes when assembling the wheel sections.

Thanks for all the help once again. After much advice, this is the paint and primer most recommended.

Is that Behr oil or latex based? I assume its Alkyd.
I have lots of Kilz that I will be using to prime the
Monitor L sails and rims.

It is Behr 100% acrylic latex.

Make sure you put a good concrete sealer on the football if you decide not to paint it
