That is likely a Run In Oil Giant via Montgomery Wards (Windmaster)

I got a head just like that and was told it was a Run in Oil Giant. Mine has a broke front hub and not wheel.

The gearbox is a Running in Oil Giant by Althouse-Wheeler. The wheel is from an Aermotor.
Fairbanks-Morse distributed this windmill as the Eclipse, and Montgomery Ward distributed this windmill as the Wind Master.
