You've probably already done this, but if not, there are a number of threads in different forums about clunking. Perhaps one of these will be of help? I did a quick review of them and none specifically mentioned pump rod position. I look forward to any discussion on this

Came across this hub and vane and have some questions:
1. I'm thinking Woodmanse Airmaster. Agree? Disagree?
2. If it's an Airmaster, was the hub usually green? I saw a pic of an Airmaster hub that was also green.
