You've probably already done this, but if not, there are a number of threads in different forums about clunking. Perhaps one of these will be of help? I did a quick review of them and none specifically mentioned pump rod position. I look forward to any discussion on this 🙂

Does anyone have any thoughts on why a few windmills are CCW when the vast majority are CW, our general cultural leaning is to go to the right in most things (like screw threads and clock hands)?

More specifically, why did Woodmansee choose to build CCW mills? Maybe a desire to differentiate their ...

Is it a Woodmanse Airmaster?

Came across this hub and vane and have some questions:

1. I'm thinking Woodmanse Airmaster. Agree? Disagree?

2. If it's an Airmaster, was the hub usually green? I saw a pic of an Airmaster hub that was also green.

3. I've heard the Woodmansee mills turn CCW. The fan blades' orientation here look ...
