Here is the picture of the two tools Aermotor sent with a new tower for assembly: Flat bladed screwdriver & wrench for slotted screws/square headed nuts. Thanks for the tip and pictures from Mark Welch and the AWM in Lubbock.

Very interesting history on the Midland MFG Co. in Fort Worth, TX that has been producing water well cylinders for windmills since 1889.
